All fees paid to Air‑to‑Ground Media are non‑refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Once a session is booked and confirmed, we reserve time, resources, and personnel specifically for your project, and may decline other work for that period.If you cancel, reschedule late, or choose not to use the delivered media, this does not entitle you to a refund or credit unless we have agreed in writing beforehand. In cases where we are unable to complete the services due to our own fault (and a re‑shoot or reschedule is not possible), any refund or credit will be at our sole discretion.In the event of technical issues, file delivery problems, or other concerns, our obligation is limited to reasonable efforts to correct or re‑deliver the media. Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (for example, style, composition, or creative choices that are consistent with our portfolio and your brief) does not qualify for a refund.By booking and paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
