BOOKING & SCHEDULING
All sessions must be booked and confirmed by text, email, or online with a valid payment method on file.
Appointments are not held without written confirmation.
Standard shoots are scheduled on weekdays during daylight hours. Weekend, holiday, or rush bookings may be available and may include an additional fee.
By scheduling with Air‑to‑Ground Media, you agree to these terms and to the details in your confirmation message.
PROPERTY PREPARATION
The property must be fully cleaned, decluttered, and staged before we arrive so we can focus on creating great media instead of waiting on prep.
We do not provide cleaning, decluttering, yard work, or moving of heavy furniture for safety and liability reasons.
Small adjustments (pillows, blinds, light decor) may be made at our discretion if time allows, but are not guaranteed.
If the property is not “photo‑ready” and we are delayed more than 20 minutes, or the session cannot be completed, a trip and/or cancellation/reschedule fee will be charged and a new appointment may be required.
TWILIGHT & SPECIALTY SESSIONS
Twilight and specialty sessions require precise timing to achieve the look you expect.
Twilight shoots are scheduled around sunset at our discretion for the best sky and light, and availability may be limited.
Because of the narrow time window and extra planning, twilight and specialty bookings may have stricter cancellation terms and higher fees.
Unsafe or extreme weather (such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning) may require rescheduling at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Changes made at least 24 hours before your appointment incur no fee.
Changes within 24 hours, or on‑site cancellations due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or the property not being ready, may be charged up to the full session fee.
Frequent last‑minute changes or no‑shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
TURNAROUND, REVISIONS & PAYMENT
Standard delivery is typically next business day for photos and up to 7 business days for video, depending on scope.
Final media is delivered digitally in web‑ready formats suitable for MLS and online marketing.
Payment is due before or at delivery unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
One round of minor revisions is included if requested within three business days (e.g., small color tweaks, simple trims, minor text changes).
Additional or major creative changes, extra revision rounds, and any re‑shoots not caused by our error are billed at our current rate.
