Site Preparation Requirements

To ensure your listing is captured at the highest standard, the property must be clean, organized, and free of visible clutter or debris at the time of filming. The perceived quality of your video or photos depends largely on the property’s readiness. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is prepped and visually presentable before our arrival.

All lights must be working and of the same color temperature. If one ceiling fan does not function, then all ceiling fans must remain off. We are willing to assist clients with light staging and minor adjustments, but the client is responsible for ensuring the site or property is fully prepped for capture. This helps us help you. Our editors require these standards to ensure you receive the absolute best quality possible. We care about excellence, and this attention to detail allows us to deliver superior results that align with your goals and represent your brand professionally.

You may also choose to add additional information such as disclosures, agent identification, or marketing text in the video description section when publishing online (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, or MLS-hosted platforms). Our team is happy to advise on best practices for maximizing reach while maintaining a clean, cinematic presentation.

Creative Direction & Deliverables

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that the style, pacing, music, and color grading of my video will follow the creative direction discussed and/or selected in the intake form. Unless otherwise specified prior to production, creative decisions are made at the discretion of the production team to achieve the most professional, visually cohesive, and story-driven result possible.

Our creative process emphasizes consistency, emotion, and storytelling that align with our brand’s high production standards. While we welcome input from our clients, our team retains final editorial control to ensure the finished product meets both professional and technical expectations.

Delivery Timelines & Revisions

Delivery of final media is typically completed within [X business days] of shoot completion. One complimentary revision is included. Subsequent revisions will be billed according to the scope of work required, not to exceed 50% of the total invoice. This ensures we can dedicate the appropriate time, expertise, and creative focus to every adjustment while maintaining fairness and transparency.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing below, you agree that this document serves as a binding agreement between you and [Hypercinematic Marketing Solutions LLC, d/b/a Air to Ground Media]. You acknowledge understanding of the delivery process, revision terms, price and creative discretion described above. You further acknowledge that all creative work produced under this agreement remains subject to professional standards and artistic direction at the discretion of the production company.
