This all-inclusive package features drone photography, interior and exterior stills, a vertical social reel, and a horizontal cinematic reel, giving you complete coverage for listings, websites, and social media. You can even appear on camera to personally promote your property, brand, or message — our team will direct, film, and edit to make you look your best. Every enhancement is included: virtual twilight conversion, clean room editing, object removals, sign blurs, and Matterport 3D capture. Photo delivery is typically within 1 business day, videos in under 7 days, and add-ons may take up to 3 additional days. Cancellation Policy
All bookings with Hypercinematic Marketing Solutions LLC, d/b/a Air-to-Ground Media are subject to the terms outlined in our official Production Intake & Service Agreement, which must be completed prior to any scheduled shoot. Submission of that agreement confirms full understanding and acceptance of the policies below. Deposits & Cancellations A non-refundable deposit or retainer may be required to secure your booking date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot are subject to a $75 cancellation fee (or up to 25% of the total invoice, whichever is greater) to cover lost scheduling opportunities and preparation costs. Rescheduling requests made within this window may be accommodated at our discretion. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring property readiness and access as defined in the Production Intake & Service Agreement. Failure to provide access, or to meet site preparation standards, may result in additional fees or rescheduling at the client’s expense. Deliverables & Revisions Delivery timelines, revision limits, and creative discretion are governed by the Production Intake & Service Agreement. Additional revisions or expedited delivery requests may incur supplemental fees. Acceptance of Terms By booking a service or submitting the Production Intake & Service Agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies stated herein and affirms understanding that all deposits and cancellation fees are enforceable under Nevada law.
